1.Eligibility

This course is available to individuals aged 21 and over. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of results for individuals under the age of 21.

2.Personal Responsibility and results

It is your responsibility to follow the guidance provided within the course.  Results may vary based on individual factors including adherence to the programme and personal health status. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes.

3.Initial Assessment

Please take your time to complete all measurements accurately. We recommend enlisting the help of a family member or friend to ensure accuracy. Errors in taking measurements may affect your results, and we cannot accept responsibility for any inaccuracies.

4. Assessment Questions

Answer all questions on the initial assessment carefully and honestly.

5. Cancellation Policy

Once the course has begun and payment has been made, cancellations are not accepted. Refunds will only be considered in extreme circumstances.

6. PH360 Platform Access

This course is self-paced. The course is designed to be completed within 12 weeks, but you may take longer if needed. You will receive 12 weeks of access to the PH360 platform as part of your course investment. If you do not complete the course within 12 weeks, an additional fee will apply to continue your membership to the course and platform.

7.Continuing Access

After completing the course, you may choose to continue accessing the PH360 platform for up to 1 year. This will be offered at a fixed fee. 

8. Personalised Coaching

This course fee does not include one-on-one coaching. If you require additional support during the course, personalised coaching is available for an additional fee.

10.Liability

All Active is not responsible for any injuries or changes to your medical conditions that may result from exercise or lifestyle modifications recommended during the course.

11.Non-Transferable Access

Your access to the platform and course is for your personal use only and cannot be transferred to another party.

12.Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, text, images, and downloadable resources, are the intellectual property of All Active, PH360 and Shae™   They are protected by copyright laws and may not be reproduced or shared without written permission.

13. Data and privacy

Your privacy is important to us. All personal data collected during this course will be stored securely and used only for the purposes of providing course content and support. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

14. Payment terms

If you choose to pay in instalments, the initial payment is required to gain access to the PH360 platform and the course materials. If subsequent instalments are not paid on time, we reserve the right to suspend or revoke your access to both the platform and the course until payments are up to date.

If you choose to pay the full course fee in a single lump sum, payment must be received in full before access to the PH360 platform and the course materials is granted.
